8th International yoga day was celebrated in Lal Bahadur shastri college of Education Nh. Rajbagh kathua. A two days event was organised by NSS unit of college. On the first day ie on 20th June 2022, a poster making competition was organised. Students of 2nd semester and 4th semester participated in the competition. On 21st June 2022 students of college performed yoga under the guidance Sh. Rattan chand sharma Lect. In physical Education with great enthusiasm. On the event college Principal Dr. BRIJ Bala Kohli congratulate all the participants for making the event successful one. She also encouraged the students to participate in such types of events in future. she also added that yoga will not only help you keep fit but also help you lead a better and healthy life.
