Lal Bahadur Shastri College of Education N.H. Rajbagh Kathua holds Orientation cum Induction programme for the students of B.Ed semester 1st Session 2022-24. Dr. Ashok Kumar, Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry Government Degree College Samba graced the occasion as chief guest. Dr. Pawan Kumar Gupta, Associate Professor, Department of Commerce, Government Degree college Samba and Dr. Ram Singh Sambyal Associate Professor Department of Education, Govt. Degree College Samba were the Resource Person of the programme. College Principal Dr. Brij Bala Kohli, welcomed the Chief Guest, Resource Person as well as New Comers in her address she added that such type of programme will defiantly help the students of B.Ed for their better future.
Dr. Ram Singh Sambyal in his discourse encouraged the students how to prepare their B.Ed Course Work, Project Work, Sessional Work and internship Files. The components on the basis of which their visits to various centres to be conducted. He motivated the students to create a habit of reading dictionary, books and competitive exam books, so that they can prepare themselves for their bright future. He also emphasized on speaking English as their regular habit to improve their communication skill.
Dr. Ashok Kumar Gupta in his discourse on topic “Health and Happiness” motivated the students that, for every work, peace of mind plays a vital role. So, it is one’s responsibility to make himself/ herself happy. Healthy life leads to happiness. Behaviours to others play a vital role in keeping our mind free from all worries. He wished the students for their bright future.
Dr. Pawan Kumar in his discourse on topic “Career Opportunities” motivated the students that there are lot of career opportunities in the life of students. There is need of right direction and vision to avail all the opportunities that helps in making better career and future and for this hard work is the main elements. He also added not to feel inferior of oneself.
